Hello parents of grade 9 visual arts! Thanks for checking the website. 

Here are a few items I thought you might find useful:

• A list of all projects that will be used for marking in this upcoming midterm. It also includes how they will be marked using the Ontario Curriculum for grade 9 Visual Arts.
• What is Due: 

NOW OVERDUE:

1. Gargoyle/Mask Project 
2. Octopus Sculptures (Practice Sculpture) 
3. Sketchbook assignments 1
4. Gesture drawings (Sketchbook): At least 6 different poses that are built to the cone body part stage.
5. Blind Contour Drawing (Sketchbook): You should have at least 1 blind contour drawing of your hand.
6. Photocopied Hand Drawing.
7. Chalk grid drawing on pavement (A group project that has already been marked).

Current Project (not overdue):

1. Lino Printmaking "Emotions" project (Due Friday November 29th)
2. Art History Poster Boards (Due Friday November 29th)
